I've been in sales since 2012 — door knocking, cold calls, B2B, B2C, across industries from industrial inkjet printers to roofing to internet connectivity to beverage distribution. I've carried a bag and managed teams. I know exactly how hard it is to get a prospect to give you the time of day — and I know that once you do, you're 90% of the way to a closed deal.

What I also know is this: getting someone's attention is by far the hardest part of any sale. Every unanswered call, every missed voicemail, every lead that goes cold while a business owner is on a job site — that's the 90% that never even gets started. That's the problem I built Kasper AIMS to solve.

I spent five years doing a live-in home renovation in Chicago. I hired contractors, worked alongside them, and watched firsthand how these incredibly skilled tradespeople ran their businesses. What I saw consistently was this: they were world-class at the physical work and completely underserved on the sales and customer-facing side. Not because they didn't care — but because every minute spent chasing leads or answering calls was a minute taken away from the craft they actually loved.

I also spent 14 years inside corporate America watching good, hardworking people get held back by bloated systems, poor leadership, and organizational dead weight. When AI entered the picture, I saw a different path — one where a single person could build serious infrastructure, cut out the nonsense, and focus entirely on delivering real value to the people who deserved it most.
